3. Plans, Credits & Usage

Some features require credits. Credit usage depends on the feature, model, output length, and compute requirements.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire depending on the plan.

We may apply rate limits or usage restrictions to protect the platform.

4. Payments, Billing & Taxes

Payments are processed by third-party providers. By purchasing a plan or credits you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Pricing and plan features may change. Taxes may apply where required by law.

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund past charges.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

If a generation fails due to a system error, we may restore the credits or provide another remedy.

7. Acceptable Use

• Violating laws or intellectual property rights
• Creating fraudulent or deceptive marketing
• Uploading malware or attempting to exploit the service
• Reverse engineering AI models
• Producing unlawful or harmful content

8. Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. Generated outputs may be used for lawful personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.

You grant PromoMotions a limited license to process your content to operate and improve the Service.

9. AI Outputs & Disclaimers

AI generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users.

PromoMotions does not guarantee marketing performance or ad approval outcomes.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, cloud providers, analytics tools, or AI model providers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

PromoMotions will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost revenue or lost data.

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the previous three months or $100.
